Medical advice is provided only through a visit with a licensed clinician on our patient platform, subject to a separate informed consent and the applicable patient agreement.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site to request services. A parent or legal guardian must request and attend visits on behalf of a minor.

Clinician relationship

Clinical services are provided by independently licensed healthcare professionals. A clinician-patient relationship is formed only when a clinician accepts you as a patient during a visit, not by using this Site or submitting a request form.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, to interfere with its operation, or to submit false or misleading information.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by PBD Health or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our written permission.
